If the protocol has been approved then the ethical clearance/approval letter number and the health research ethics committee must be written.

Results
The result is the core of scientific writing. This section presents data and information that will be used as the basis of the conclusion and even expected to get a new theory. In results, listed the tables and or images, graphics, photos to explain and abbreviate the description should be given; numbered according to their appearance in the text. Tables/figures in the results are important and relevant with the results. The text does not repeat the results in the tables/figures.

Discussion
Discussion of the article reveals, explains, and discusses the results of the study with an analysis by the research design, interpretation, and explanation of its synthesis. Also, the results obtained are compared with the results of previous research of others. Discussion contains information, whether the results answer the proposed hypotheses/objectives of the study not a repetition of the results. Include the conclusion in to discussion section. The conclusion is the key result, the most important outcome of your work. General Information about Free Paper Competition

Participants in the Free Paper Competition are required to submit three components: an abstract, a poster, and a full paper. The evaluation will be based on these three elements. Only participants who provide all three submissions will be eligible to present their posters and compete for awards.

While posters submitted without the accompanying full paper will still be displayed during the event, these submissions will not be considered for presentation or eligible for any awards.

This comprehensive submission process ensures a thorough assessment of the participants’ research work, with completeness being a key criterion for eligibility in the competition. This structure aims to encourage detailed and well-documented research contributions, fostering a high standard of academic excellence at the conference.

To submit your manuscript for the 15th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Association of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons (HBTKVI), please complete the submission form. Ensure your manuscript adheres to the guidelines for language, format, structure, and ethical considerations.

The form requires details such as the title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author’s contact information, abstract, keywords, and the manuscript file. Submit your completed form and manuscript via the conference’s online submission portal by 25th August 2024.
