Layout and Design
- Title:
- Place at the top center.
- Ensure the title is concise and descriptive.
- Authors and Affiliations:
- List full names, highest academic degrees, and institutional affiliations.
- Underline the presenting author.
- Provide contact information for the corresponding author.
- Sections and Word Count:
- Introduction: Provide a brief context and state the objectives of the study (approximately 150-200 words).
- Methods: Describe the study design, participants, data collection procedures, and analytical methods. Use diagrams or flowcharts if necessary (approximately 200-250 words).
- Results: Present the key findings using tables and figures. Ensure all visuals are labeled and include captions (approximately 150-200 words).
- Discussion: Interpret the results, compare them with existing literature, and highlight the significance (approximately 200-250 words).
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their relevance (approximately 100-150 words).
- References: Use the Vancouver style for citations (not included in the word count).

Example
General Information about Free Paper Competition
Participants in the Free Paper Competition are required to submit three components: an abstract, a poster, and a full paper. The evaluation will be based on these three elements. Only participants who provide all three submissions will be eligible to present their posters and compete for awards.
While posters submitted without the accompanying full paper will still be displayed during the event, these submissions will not be considered for presentation or eligible for any awards.
This comprehensive submission process ensures a thorough assessment of the participants’ research work, with completeness being a key criterion for eligibility in the competition. This structure aims to encourage detailed and well-documented research contributions, fostering a high standard of academic excellence at the conference.
